2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Norwegian and EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal (angrerett).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the product.

4. Conditions for Returns
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or similar documentation)
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery
- Products that have been used, partially consumed, or tampered with
- Products that have been damaged by the customer
This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which provides an exception for sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
6. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds: Will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase
- Refund amount: The full purchase price of the product will be refunded, including standard delivery costs (if applicable). If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.

8. Defective or Damaged Products

- We will cover the return shipping costs
- You may choose between a replacement product, repair, or full refund

If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe:
